At Postmark Flowers we do our Just the "Essentials" a little bit different. We still implement the same design quality and focus on the best local seasonal bloom but our approach is different.  If you love shopping online and are happy to skip the traditional face-to-face consultations, bridal samples and champagne, in order to make your floral budget stretch further, our Just the "Essentials" set packages and custom orders are the perfect option for you.  You see our pricing upfront and you are able to order what you need.  No extras and no up sells,  just the flowers, at fair and honest prices. It’s our simple & direct approach to wedding flowers.

Color Palette + Inspiration

We understand that you have gone to a great deal of length to choose a colour palette to best express your special day.  However one of the ways our Just the "Essentials" events are different, is that In order to keep our costs low, our designers will pick the majority of flowers for you, the week leading up to your event.  Blooms will be picked for their quality, beauty and freshness. Don't worry, our designers will make sure the blooms selected for your arrangements will match your colour palette and the rest of your decor. Please send us your inspirational images, so you can be sure the colour and style of your flowers will match the look and feel that you are going for.

What to Expect

Let’s start this exciting journey! The process starts once you fill out our online wedding form and let us know the  sizes and quantities of the floral items you need.

Once you complete the form,  you will receive an emailed wedding proposal. No surprises, no hidden fees and a few vase options you can choose from.

Fill out our no commitment online wedding form HERE and we’d love to prepare a proposal for you.

 

Once you have reviewed our proposal and feel our DIY approach will fit with your planning,  you can schedule a phone consultation with one of our event managers.

During our phone consultation, we will go over your floral style and colour palette.  We will discuss your inspirational images and discuss any specific flowers you would like to see in your designs. 

*Please note our designers will pick the majority of your flowers for you, based on beauty,  seasonality & colour.

After the phone consultation, we will then revise our proposal based on what we have discussed .

Once the final revision has been reviewed and approved, we will send you an invoice. At this time the initial deposit of $100 is due. Once received, your date is saved and you are officially a booked client (YAY!)

We will then schedule a second phone consultation for 45 days before your event to go over the final numbers and delivery details.

We offer most of our arrangements in a few different sizes. The images below should give you an idea of how big each size is,  although the size varies a little for each design. For example, lush green airy designs, will appear larger in size than round compact floral designs even thought the same quality of flowers will be used.


 

GALLERY

Delivery & Set Up

Delivery within 25km of Vancouver is included in all packages and is $50 in A-la-carte orders. It is available between 9am and 4pm. Delivery outside Greater Vancouver is based on availability and event location. Set-up is an extra fee that starts at $75 and is dependant on needs and size of the event.

Payment and Cancellation

We require a $100 non-refundable deposit upon booking your event. This is to secure your date on our calendar. We ask for the balance to be paid in full 30 days before your event. If for any reason you need to cancel your event you before 14 day prior to your event you will receive a 50% refund.  Less than 14 days,  any payments made will become non-refundable.
